Where is the location of the heater/defroster fan motor?

I've got a 1995 Pontiac Bonneville. The fan blower does not work at all and needs replacement. Where is it located, and how do I get at it?

    Look down on the right side under the hood behind the tire area. On some of the GM's you had to remove or loosen the fender to remove it.
