所以這個真IP 已被 ROUTER 使用了，

而 192.168.x.x 是由 ROUTER 派給內網電腦的

如內網電腦要上網就要經過ROUTER NAT 型式

轉自動變成 真IP 出街，

所以你見到電訊管理局顯示 的IP 是 (42.X.X.X)

192.168.X.X 在不能在公海存在的

只可在內網使用。

真ip 已經被router 使用了，

所以其他pc 在router後面是無法直接取得這組真ip的。

pc 直駁 modem

這樣當然能取得真ip。

其實你不用理會router 後的pc 能否取得真ip，

當這些pc 出街時必定會在router 取番真ip 才能與外界聯系。

樓主都不明白router之功能；router就是要派假ip，才能將寬頻分享出幾部電腦使用。modem是調制器(本身並不產生假ip)，從機樓取得的一個ip，那ip就當然是真ip。

你在router設定中，將port forward於某部電腦(參考router說明書)，即固定其ip。router應該會鏡影出真ip，抄錄出該真ip，就可應用。

Go to Start, click Run. Type cmd and enter to go to DOS window.

Type ipconfig and enter.

The first line is the IP address of the computer you are using. Typical setting is 192.168.1.3X where X can be between 1 & 9.

The third line is the gateway to your router. Typical setting is 192.168.1.1, depending on the manufacturer, the last digit may vary.

When you type the third line address into the URL box of Internet Explorer and enter, it will call up the router log in window for configuration. If you can reach here, the address is correct for your router.

Further on the issue:

If you are connected online, go into configuration then LAN tab and look for a connection to IP address such as e.g. 40.240.235.15. This is the IP address of your internet server. You can ping it in the DOS window and see the connection status outside your home. As for inside, ping the gateway. It'll report the connection between your PC and router. In case of connection failure, this is the quickest way to isolate the fault. If it's inside, check cable connections and power supply etc around your router. If it's outside, call and report it to your server. Tell them to rectify the fault ASAP.

Connection status:

e.g. >ping 192.168.1.1 or >ping 40.240.235.15

100% loss = No connection

0% loss = Connected on line
