It depends what you want done to your skin.

Often you book a consultation first and tell them what's wrong with your skin, they will then suggest treatments and give you a price estimate.

Often consultations are free and if not, they should not be more than £30 in the UK, not sure about the USA.

You can't really say how much it's going to cost because i don't know what treatment you will have, but what i recommend is booking a consultation and talking to a dermatologist and see what they think. You can tell them you are on a budget and then they can taylor your treatment to your budget requirements. Usually treatments are not cheap, but you can get cheaper treatments and if you don't want anyting drastic, i don't think it should be too expensive.

You may want to book more than one consultation, so you get to talk to different people at different clinics and see which clinic is nicer, cheaper e.c.t. Prices can vary a lot from clinic to clinic. But most of the time you get what you pay for so bare that in mind.
