What is the Coordination?

Coordination covers many things, especially if we talk about Martial Arts.

Because, in doing many things you must consider some valuable ways and means, coordination had been raise many kind of questions like, punches, kicking, stances, stepping, movements, withdrawal, blocking and many more that affects things when you do it in improper ways.

It covers correct acts of coordinating, things comes together in one methods for a person to attain his goal, aim, purposes and objectives efficiently.

Hand eye coordination is the reaction of the hands when the eye sees something. Hand-eye coordination makes all of the difference in the World when it comes to being a hockey player or an athlete in any sports that include the hands because that's how the Game is played--with the hands.

Coordinate is basically to organize and place in a similar order. When two things are kept at an equal order for some task so they need to coordinate with each other in order to accomplish that given task. For eg we can say in an office a subordinate need to coordinate with his superior in order to complete his task or to decide on some thing major.

Coordination is where you can work or train correctly and fluently for example: If you have to do a left jab and then a right hook, you need to be able to do them in the correct order without a timely delay. Hope this makes sense :)
