Sorry to say this but there is no good lineage of wing chun in India, but still you at least have some masters who know wing chun.

I would say the one that spars most often in the most realistic (but still safe) conditions. However, this seems far between for an art such as wing chun (not style bashing- just sharing my opinion).
I admit- I have only ever gone to two schools which teach wing chun (one at Jim Fung's and the other one is at Leung Ting's) and I have nothing good to say about them. At all. Whilst Fung's can pass as a good workout at least, Leung Ting who continally boasts on the media about being the largest Chinese martial art school owner is not civilised himself (he stomped on his pregnant mistress's stomach when she refused to abort the child), has little to no real knowledge of ANY fighting style (search him up on youtube- plenty of online documentation of him teaching private lessons, doing demonstrations or interviews) and charges an arm and a leg ($12.75 for one normal lesson and $400 for privates- I pay $35 a month for boxing unlimited).
Sorry for sounding so negative but I am sure there are a few positive schools out there- just make sure the sifu knows their thing and is internationally qualified by a CREDITED association.

Why no longer attempt to flow to on Binondo and Sta. Cruz section, this place were understand for some solid Martial Arts college. All you're able to do is, word and ask some significant and needed inquiries to the assigned instructor, possibly via that attempt, a number of your confusion might receive beneficial effect. solid luck ...............
