How are daily disposable contacts made vs weekly or 30 day disposable contacts?

I was just thinking, other than what the contacts are made out of, and maybe the thinness of the disposable contacts, how are they different?

Sitting here comparing it to my 30+ year old regular soft contact to one of my current daily disposables, other than thickness, they pretty much look and feel the same.

So what makes a daily disposable contact, different from the weekly or 30 day disposables?

Googling so far only tells me how contacts in general are made.

更新:

@Footprintz, yup I noticed that on 1800 contacts, about the material and water content. Also noticed that many of the dailies have higher moisture content than some of the 2 week and 30 day disposables. Which made me wonder, how other than materials they were different. But I think you answered that, with the wear time based on material they made of.

    Different materials .

Some materials are designed and rated to be able to last longer, more or less resistant for varied wearing times.

If you go to 1800 contacts, scroll down to the bottom of every brand, it tells you the water content and material they are made of. They are all different. All finish with filcon of some type.

best lens depends on your eyes. For some people one type of lens is best and for another they are not as good. Go to an optician and ask for a contact lens test. If you go to a proper optician as against a cheap high street chain, they will work through several lenses over months (and several fluids) until ones that are comfortable and good for your eyes are found.
