DVD Blank Disc

Understand that there are DVD + R and DVD - R disc, what is the difference between the two? Under what condition we should choose + R or - R? Can some experts teach me? Thanks.

    +R & -R is different sides of DVD formattin just like Blu-ray & HD-DVD(which has been EOL) create by different company ally. infect, there s no differences, u can also put data, burn vid DVD onto +R or -R. but some say -R is better for vid things. in my opinion, i just concern abt prices.
