2% fat reduced MILK became Milk curd?
Bought 1 gal above milk plastic container from a super market on 7/01 with exp Jul 11. On July 10 about 2 -3 cups remainning, I can smell some thing different, on the good smell side not a bad one. On July 12, I put 1 cupp in the microwave oven for 50 seconds, and the milk became milk curd.
Is it OK to drink or eat? What kind of chemical reaction is it?

Milk curdles because the proteins, called caseins, in side start to clump together. This reaction is caused by the introduction of acid. This could be a number of reasons: bacteria (most likely), or there was high natural acidity, or someone cross contaminated your milk with fruit juice or something.
Curdling itself isn't bad healthwise, but if it was bacterial contamination, it might be otherwise bad.
