How can i get my hair to this colour? (pictures)?

If your doing that hairstyle, i would go to the salon because they know what's the best hair color and how to do it. Print a picture and then show it.

first of all, you have to bleach your hair because your hair is pretty dark and you can't just dye it without bleaching it. after you bleach it then you can simply dye it whatever color you want... :)
