Do you think the App to Repeal Prop 8 should be on more formats?

There is an App for Iphone and Itouches to Restore the Rights of Same Sex couples to get Married.

It can be found here: Registered California voters can access the digital signature tool and instructional video at http://restoreequality2010.com/ipod.htm.

Shouldn't it also be available on other formats, like the BlackBerry, Android, etc.?

更新:

This is a new precedent setting event and as I understand it, just as important as the paper signature.

For the first time in California, people will be able to use their phones to restore Civil Rights.

I like the idea, but digital signatures don't have quite the same weight unless they're done on a touch screen.

as for people who say the people already let their voices be heard...

not quite. actually, because of the advertising/campaigning a lot of people misunderstood the issue altogether, and some who intended to vote no on prop 8 voted yes because they thought they were voting FOR gay marriage.

The issue really became cluttered when they started saying if we allow gay marriage it will be taught in schools, when in fact what is taught (according to a whole family of teachers and curriculum specialists) is what makes up a family. regardless of marriage, a kid and two unwed parents is still a family and i defy you to tell a 6 year old they dont have a real family.

No. What's the point of building an app over this? people either feel one way or the other about it. What is having an app for this on your iPhone going to do for anyone?

Besides, didn't the people of California vote on this last year and approve the proposition? Sounds to me like the people of California had a fair vote and the prop won fair and square. I get a kick how the losing side now wants a "do-over" because their side didn't win.

If the majority of your state wanted this, you would have it.

    Not that I care.
