Who is the Red Haired girl (not Jesse) in the first Pokemon theme song?
In the first season of Pokemon, the Anime, Pikachu runs under the legs of a red haired girl in a sailor school girl uniform. She has an orange shirt, a red bow on it, a green skirt, and leg warmers over pink shoes. I can't see her eyes and she kind of looks like a young Nurse Joy to me, but I don't remember seeing her when that theme song was still around. Everyone else in the theme is a main characters, so who is she?

She is sort of a mysterious character. She is considered a "Lass", but also looks a lot like Leaf from Pokémon FireRed, LeafGreen. Many suspect that she was meant to be in the original Pokémon Red and Blue as the female protagonist.
