Underground Central Line to Oxford Circus; then Victoria Line to Brixton. Last train from Brixton with a connection at Oxford Circus to Stratford is around Midnight (11-15pm Sundays)  www.tfl.gov.uk

I personally would take the 108 from Stratford to Lewisham. Then the P4 to Brixton. However, I did hear that The Blackwall Tunnel is closing for repairs, so it might be better to get the tube from Stratford to North Greenwich, then a bus to Lewisham and a P4 to Brixton.
