Buy t-shirt transfers which are cheap if you buy a small pack. Then print out a picture of both of you in a frame that looks like a heart. Print that out and then transfer it onto a piece of cloth. I would buy the smallest t-shirt that I can find and transferring it onto that. Then cut the heart out. Now you can sew it onto a teddy bear. And viola! You have a cute teddy bear with a reminder that you two love each other. You can even sew the heart-shaped picture in with red thread so that the heart is outlined in the red. Good luck!

a cute little journal "bucket list for couples" that starts off with a few pages of how you met and some of the stories that you like to remember. You can then leave at the back a couple dozen pages for your twenties, thirties, forties, etc and stuff you would like to do. If you fill in one or two cute things for each decade, it may help motivate his creative juices when you two sit down to work on it :)

Remember to include little pics and notes if you have them, border them up with picture squares like a scrapbook.

A classy 8x10 pic of you (or an appt card for the both of you to sit for studio photography sometime) is also nice

hmm does he have a favorite restaurant? take him there! does he have a favorite sports team? if so you could get him a hat or shirt. If you want to up the price you could try getting tickets to a game of some sort, but it depends where you sit and everything to get the best deal under 100 for 2, or you could get him a jersey. well, you could always go with buying your self some new lingerie and surprise him! haha idk if your into that though. umm maybe a new watch? like a nice one for 90? or... give him a back rub and a foot rub and be really really nice to him if all else fails :D

Dinner date. I'm the type of guy who doesnt really care about Valentines day but me and my gf usually just make plans to go out to dinner and treat eachother to a night out. That way, it's not a ridiculous amount of money spent and we get to spend a night together. And with Valentines day being on a sunday i think, We would just go out friday or saturday night to beat the crowds. Nice n simple.
