How can I determine a reasonable asking price for skis that I want to sell?

Find out what they cost new and then for the used ones subtract 75% and the new ones subtract 50%.This will give you a starting point and you go from there.It would help a lot if you are in ski country,I don't think you will get much response if you live in a warm climate It may also help if you know something about ths skis. Are they name brand,down hill or cross-country and any thing else you can some up with and a last word of advice do not try to bull s*** anyone. IF they ask you questions be honest and say I have no idea if you do not know the answer.
