How will planes fly when all the world's oil runs out?

Question

A scientist told me that there won't be any oil or petrol left by the year 2099. My grandcholdren will probably still be alive so will they be able to fly overseas? Please don't say yes in a hot air balloon.

well not sure if it hlps but a man has built an engine that runs on piss beleive it or not. plus with all the enginering and technolagy we have already im preety sure in 80 years or so we'll figure how to fly over seas. my best guess is solar power wings on airplanes.  we also have engines that run on vegeie oil. so too answer your question i'm preety sure youre grand children can still fly when oil petrol and all other stuff runs out
