    postlude is if you are talking about an afterword in a book or something of the sort. if you are speaking as "this preludes this" then you would want, as your antonym, or "opposite", either the word succeed or the word follow. but or course if you are talking about the noun prelude, as in a book, you would want something like afterword or postlude
