PA. VOTERS only..why has Obama taking us for granted?
...he called us bitter, we cling to our guns and religion, and we are racist and redneck. Are we going to tolerate this slap in the face? November surprise in PA. is in order!!
The Voice---how dare you say I am racist. All my nlack friends are for McCain...what say you?
KIZIAH---get real, even Hillary STATED THE FACTS---research it. She even said NoBama is a dangerous, irresonsible candidate. HER words, not mine...Biden won't even claim he hailed from Scranton....Scranton LOVES Hillary. And yet, Obama didn't pick her, yet she BEAT Obama in the primaries--IN PA!!! You're NOT from PA, so what would you know?
-
Hillary would have been your best pick. She is proud to be from Scranton, unlike Biden, yet Obama has to tell that to the crowd...
YOU SOUND BITTER! I only posed the question.
Christin---youi're a typical lib, or 'follower'---'all is taken out of context'---yeah, right, just like Obama stated to Joe the Plumber about 'spreading the wealth'---HOW was that taken out of context right from the sheepherder's own mouth? Get a grip.
Anne---you got it There will be a November surprise, provided NoBama's ACORN shenanigans.....
Cinner! You're funny---you rule! Notice how NON PA people are replying? NoBama has his 'sheeple' out in full force this eve...bet the dopes hate Sarah too,...she's brilliant & they cannot stand it. LOL
Moosebre---& we have a TON of fam living in TEXAS & guess what darling, they're all PRO McCAIN/PALIN
Danieles---sorry, you are kind of way 'out there' like, are you from 'Marin County in CA? Like Pelosi?
And where is 'PS"----we're talking PA! & if you are NOT from PA, then don't answer the question.
Penguin---do research--educate youself..the whole thing did not happen aft NoBama went to see g-ma--Btw---IF she is in her last dying days---where is Michele & tots to see g-ma for the last time????!! YOU tell me. Anyone of you out there care 24/7 for a loved one? Gee, facts are that when Obama visits, it's less than an hour... hmmmm. ask any hospice nurse..
OBAMA STATED---do the research---he called all us PA folks bitter & we cling to our guns & religions, then Murtha stated P-burgh was racist....I'm not making up the quotes....UNlike it's obvious some dopes think I am 'bitter'---LMA**O---just quoting what these LIB candidates are portraying us to be....what don't y'all get?
Y'all KNOW WHAT? I DO feel like 'Joe the Plumber"---MY GOD! And Sarah Palin nailed it stating the same!
The libs are out for villification at ALL costs when I simply asked a question---yet Anne & Cinner, you RULE, THANK YOU & GOD BLESS YOU---oh wait, that may be a 'Pa thingie---ya know, we cling to religion.'....LOL & for all the rest, LOOK IN YOUR OWN MIRROR. I will pay y'all to even debate SARAH for one mili sec....

Being a Texan I know a little about state pride and it boggles my mind that apparently the majority of the fine folks of Pennsylvania will tolerate being called rednecks, racist, and any other slur that someone hurls at them by rolling over and voting for the very people (Obama and Murtha) who hurled those slurs. I expect more from you guys in that beautiful place called the Keystone State!
PS: Your question is for PA voters only, but with much more of this ACORN cr*p, I may well come up there and vote!

Stop spreading bitterness and lies.
It is not Obama who made those stupid comments, it's Murpha.
And why would you want people to vote against their best interest anyway? Most people in PS are smart, even if everyone is not highly educated they do have good common sense and they can decide on their own which economic plan will provide the working and middle class with a real tax break, and which plan will provide almost nothing for them and a lot of tax breaks and "corporate welfare" deals (subsidies, etc. ) for big businesses.
And don't tell me that "in America any one who works hard deserve to keep his money, and that the amount of wealth you accumulate is dependent on how hard you work." Do you think the steel workers, the teachers, the store keepers, the nurses, the childcare workers, the brick layers, the construction workers work less than Enron's past CEO or the CEO's on Wall Street or the Bank CEOs? I don't think so!!!!

Although I am voting for McCain, and everyone expects me to agree with you and talk sshit about Obama, I've never heard him call anyone a redneck, but then again I don't always have the time to read every single article or hear every single debate the whole way through (I have 2 very young children, so it's hard). If he did, though, I would be extremely upset. I've lived in the South my entire life. It's only funny to be called a redneck when it's people who get called that saying it. It's like an African American calling a white person a cracker, but only white people can call us that (although I would prefer it if you didn't), and vice versa.

Listen, I'm not from PA, but I can tell you that you certainly sound bitter. When Obama said that, he was talking about people who have seen their jobs snatched out from under them. Bitter is a mild description of how I would feel towards a company that did that to me--Obama spoke the truth, so why does it bother you?
Now I know that Gen. Murtha called ya'll racist and rednecks, but Obama never said that. So you're going to get even by voting for McCain? He's a crazy old man with a moron for a running mate. Bite one of your bullets and vote for the future of your country.

PA has, and always will be a blue state. I am from North East PA so I don't really care what the people in the center and west want to vote. The power in PA is in the NE and Philly. In these parts of the state, we don't cling to our guns and bibles. We use logic, and we support Obama. PA for Obama!

As far as what Obama said, I would defer to the wisdom of my old fifth grade teacher, who said, "If the shoe fits, kick yourself". If what Obama said DOESN"T apply to you personally, then maybe you shouldn't take it too much to heart. The guy's only human, he misspoke. At least he admitted it, afterwords, which is the difference between he and McCain.

Hey! He was talking about rural and small town America. And he's right. That's where I am. I DO cling to my guns. I love 'em. I care less about religion. And I don't think the passage mentioned Pennsylvania specifically. I voted for him. At least he noticed. And I never heard the term "red neck" in all the tracts I listened to.
