Wasn't Obama supposed to be for change?

The idea is to paint a picture of change without any specifics. He was successful! Everything stated comes with a price tag and he cannot afford it. And he knows it.

he may be referencing to old ideas but i haven't heard him say anything like that. whether you are for him or not: why would you think he would talk about old (bad) things if he were trying to get votes?
