If a fire was approaching your house, what would you try to take with you?

Well I have this cedar box that I keep all of my memories stuff in like the hand print I gave my mom in the kindergarten all the cards ever received, my kids memory stuff , some art made me when my kids were little., photos etc... Now I could probably carry that box if I had to and put it in the trunk, little clothes, jewelry box and file cabinet . Is that to much??

Computer, CDs with computer backup and important/legal documents as well as an expandable document holder, journals, purse, a few pictures off the walls. Everything else is replaceable: most of my family pictures are stored online and on CDs.

All the my prized possesions and everything that has meaning to me. I'd leave all the TV's and the computer, along with all the things I could just buy at a store later.

family pix, my journal, my blankets, or my stuffed bear. The last 2 sound babyish I no. But, my blanket I got from my brother went to Korea for Air Force duties. The stuffed bear is in an Air Force outfit. I got it when my brother graduated from basic military training. I ♥ my brother!

I would take my purple stuffed dog, because I've had him ever since i was born, so they have extreme sentimental value as well as my stuffed hamster and silver cat (same scenario ) And I'm 23 so Ive had them for23 years, and i wanna keep going!

My kids and my computers and my 48 and 37 inch TV's and the photo albums. Seriously my kids and photo albums.

Photographs, special belongings, kids pictures etc, a few clothes, passports. Oh and My contents insurance documents!!!!

I'd probably grab some video games and my computer if I had the time, but I don't really have anything I couldn't live without.

I'd call my bf, he and the rest of the fire department would be there in minutes. No need to collect the valuables just yet.
