Anyone know the name of this AD&D or D&D adventure?
I played this adventure years ago and I can't find it to run my current party through
The party (hopefully well rounded) comes across a festival/fair and there is a contest which has 10 challanges, some to challange each primary class (fighter, theif, mage, cleric) and some group challanges.
I thought it was in an older Dungeun Magazine, but I scoured the index's and can't find it. It may be a 1st or 2nd ed adventure. it may even be a Basic D&D adventure. I do know it's not a 3E or 3.5 adventure.
I didn't ask for an insult. If role playing games aren't your thing then just ignore the question
I seem to think it was in a Dungeun Magazine from the mid 1990's. It was more of a side adventure rather then a full blown module. You had to recover 4 "class" medalions, and the last "test" was to place them in a specific order to unlock the last door. You had 3 attempts before you failed this test.

I'm pretty sure I know this one. They did a bunch of them about over the years in Dungeon, if it was a 2nd ed adventure it was one of the first ones. Challenge of Champions was the name, despite the badly written blurbs for the index, it was far more about puzzle solving than anything gladitorial.

I'm away from my books right now but i seem to remember a carnival adventure...actually there were a couple if i remember correctly.
Carnavil of Souls
Carnival of Tears
Carnival of Swords
Carnival of Fear
I want to say one of them would be in it... but there have been so many adventures with little mini challenges like that (and even a series of adventures for 1 character challenges) That i really couldnt tell you with out access to all of my modules.
If i find something i'll try and edit my post to show the correct answer, but any additional details you can give about the adventure would be very useful (as quite a few have these mini challenges)
