are you a cowardly custard when it comes to complaining or do you demand your rights & what were the results?

Will complain if i feel it,s necessary, lol.

I am a trade union officer. Complaining is what I do. Demanding mine and others rights is also a regular agenda item.

The results are that after 12 years of this...I retire on Wednesday! Thank whatever God is going!

i sometimes feel inadequate when it comes to making important complaints because i fear that my complaint may not be solved, so i would say i'm a little cowardly custard cream.
