There wouldnt be a President, there would be a Prime Minister. And the Prime Minister would likely be Nancy Pelosi. The party with the most ministers selects the PM, and since they selected her for the leader of the House, it stands to reason they would have selected her as PM. However, that may or may not hold water, a lot of the bearing on who gets selected as the leader of the House of Reps is tenure length. In a Parliamentary system, tenure doesnt matter nearly as much.

It's a hard question to answer, because we would not have two houses the way we have no with the Senate and House of Representatives. However, based on the sheer number of members, it's likely that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi would be chosen to lead our government and would act as Prime Minister.

There would be a president, the chief of state, while Nancy P. would be prime minister, head of government. The reason there would be a President, since we do not have Royalty, we would have to have a Face for the world. The Queen of the United Kingdom is head of state in there.
Who then would be president? Since it would be a ceremonial position, where smarts don't matter, Bush. This one.
