I never put pics on my desk like most employees.?

Having pictures or not having pictures on your desk is a personal decision. I like to have pictures of my wife, children and grand children. It gives me a warm feeling to look up and see a family member. So, I decide to have pictures.

I know people who want to stay focused at work and chose not to have pictures on their desk. There is absolutely nothing wrong with either decision. Go with your gut.

No, it is your own work space and you can do whatever you like with it. Some people love to put up pictures. Others don't even have family pictures in their home. It is a matter of personal taste. If someone is giving you hard time because of it, just tell them it is not your style.

That seems perfectly normal to prefer a clean look. What I never understood is the people who have pictures of themselves all over there workspace.
