I notice woman drink alot of water and they seem to be slim. is this the reason why?

    Drinking a lot of water can help you lose weight Especially using water to replace other drinks. There are a lot of calories in other drinks and drinking water helps cleanse you and there is nothing bad for you in it. Plus, it can help curb hunger

    I worked at a Dr. Office and one thing I learned was that everyones body reacts differently when consumed to much water. Drinking too much water can cause heart failure. So be very careful.
