What is individual power??

Indiviudal power = personal power + informal power

Those informal power has expert power, referent power, charismatic power.

Expert power relates to the result of expertise, qulaifiations, like the designer who has this power than his boss if his boss doesnt know how to design a product.

Referent power is based on identification with a person who has desirable resources or personal traits. most of them has power to let other people admiring them. Such as celebrities, movie stars can influence soem people.

Charismatic power is a kind of extension of referent power who relates to his personality and interpersonal styles to interact with people, simply how "so-so" a person can interact with others. Among your friend, someone may have this power you think he/she is very charming, smart, knowledgable, etc. Your behavior may be affected by him/her or you might admire whatever he/she does.
