Outlook - email account settings for Hotmail
MSN HotMail POP3 and SMTP settings are a common request. MSN HotMail provides no POP3 and SMTP servers for free accounts. How about a paid account? I want to use Microsoft Outlook for operating this email account?

Hotmail cannot download email by POP or SMTP, it's HTTP.
Tools→Account→Add→Email
Input name and hotmail address, Server set to use HTTP.
Choose Hotmail, press Next
Input login ID and password, press Next and finish
