When you get thoes emails offering low priced medications, why is there jibberish at the bottom of the email?

I keep getting these spam emails that try to sell me viagra and other meds, but at the bottom its all random words in the form of a story that makes no sense at all. Does anyone know why they do that...and better yet how do I stop them from coming?
