How do I clean 46 year old Noritake china??
I recently acuired a set of noritake from family, but its a white dish and it doesnt look like any of it has been cleaned in years. Now it looks a little yellow. Is there any way to get rid of this and restore it back to white?

My mother's china (Nortake) turned yellow - I was told that couldn't be changed. I do wash the china very carefully in dishwater with Dawn. The yellowing has to do with th glazing. Still beautiful china!

You might soak one piece in water with bleach or oxiclean..see if it bleaches. Does it have gold on it.?.if so..probably not a good idea.
