I live in the prairies of Canada and am looking for a home between 100000 - 150000 dollars. i know i need to save for a down payment of 5 percent at the last (plus tax) but i also need to save for a lawyer to draw up the mortgage, a house inspection, furniture, unexpected expenses etc.etc....

i am thinking of having a few room mates.... 2-4 or around there so how much should i save? i was thinking around 7 grand but im not sure.... i dont make much as i only have a part time cashier job, but if i have enough room mates, i should be fine with the month to month fees.

I've read the description of the job and they dont mention putting animals down but i do know some of the jobs would require for you to do so. i just dont know how often/how many jobs require that you do so. I think she's been pregnant for about 2 weeks, and i've moved her to an isolated tank until she gives birth. i just want to know around when should i expect her to give birth

It's been 2-3 weeks since I put my male swordtail in the same fishtank as my female, and about a week ago I noticed she was pregnant. When should i expect her to give birth, and would it be better to put her in a breeding tank (one of the smaller ones that i believe prevents her from eating the fry) or a regular tank that has some ornaments/plants the fry can hide behind. Also, if i use a breeder tank, when should i put my swordtail in it? (i dont know exactly how long shes been pregnant for)

I want to get a pet but unfortunately because of the family dog, itll have to be a pet that lives in a cage or tank. I will be able to take it out of the cage (such as for a bird rodent etc) for exercise frequently but it must be able to live/ sleep in its cage. i was thinking of a small bird, or frog but am open to ideas.

I love biology and would like a degree in something related to biology, but most courses also need either a physics or a chemistry to go with it. what are some degrees that do not need physics and/or chem?

My dog has been having seizures for the past couple of years. they occur approximately once every few months at times where she is worked up usually from being excited (the last seizure however was when she was laying down for several minutes beforehand), she also has had some slight facial twitching where she does a sort of chatter with her teeth every now and then. There is also a "hot spot" on her leg where she has been licking until it has gone raw and bleeds (this "hot spot" has been there for over a year and is far worse than normal "hot spots" ) What could she have that would be causing this, and are there any precautions/ treatments to prevent more seizures.

im in the 11th grade and i was just curious what are some options for me in the future?

preferably a job that doesnt require too long in college.

ive already went though puberty but i hear that breast an still grow into your 20's

also, my breast havent been really getting any bigger in the past year and a bit.
