ok i have tried to look into my states (South Carolina) guidelines but have come up empty so i would like to know the official way to have him removed from his positions as head coach. Thanks in advance. Below are a few reasons why i believe he should be fired and there are many more with many more examples.

Also i guess i should give reasons to why also, it is not just because i do not like him or because he makes us run to much, it is because he is just a bad coach he dislikes being the coach is rude to athletes(has called me and every other male on the team "boy") and plays favorites. Also he never gives us real workouts to help us become better he just says run and we do. He also never encourages us, just reminds us how we have failed without saying anymore(ran for him for 4 years he said good job once and actually insulted me when i qualified for state last year.) There is of course more but i dont want to bore you.

im always the last out of the blocks how can i improve my reaction time to get out of the blocks faster?

and also what is the correct way to set up your blocks?
