Hi I'd like to lose 2 stone. I want to feel more confident with my body and figure. I would be very happy to get back to being 6 stone again that is the goal. I get embarrassed when I'm next to my sister who is a size 2-4. I am currently 8 stone would like daily food recommendations and exercise techniques or videos. I am serious, my friends and family are worried my diet is not healthy that I'm doing now.
