What condiment do you eat with eggs?
Just curious what everyone puts on their eggs. I've know people to use ketchup, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, mayonnaise, steak sauce, etc...
I personally like hot sauce on my eggs, preferably habanaro. The hotter the better.
So, what do you guys like on your eggs?

Car: 2006 Chrysler 300 3.5l
I have a miss in cylinder 5 that I am fairly certain they by process of elimination, has been narrowed down to a faulty fuel injector. Can a single faulty injector cause a p0300 code as well as a misfire code for the affected cylinder? The p0300 only comes up when the miss is really bad. My theory is that the ECU is messing up the fuel mapping to the other cylinders when this injector starts to not spray. Is this possible?
2 個解答Maintenance & Repairs8 年前Engine misfire under load, especially when cold?
Car is an 06 Chrysler 300 3.5 with 113 000km. I have been experiencing a miss under load for quite some time now. Cylinder 5 miss with code p0305 only. Miss occurs most often when the engine is cold going up steep or long hills, and usually happens right after an upshift. Does happen when warm but not as bad. If I hold the car in 3rd and don't shift, it doesnt miss, but surges slightly. Miss is very intermittant but becoming more frequent.
Here is what I have done already:
Changed/swapped coils
Changed spark plugs twice
Decarbonized engine and valves
Replaced plenum gasket
Removed fuel injector to check spray, but did not clean externally
Ran injector cleaner in several tanks of gas
Cleaned egr valve ports
Checked for vacuum leaks
I am thinking it may be the injector, as this is the only thing that has not been ruled out by swapping or replacing. Have not checked compression becaus mechanic said it would cause a constant miss. Anything else I should check besides injector?
Car stumbling, stalling, and surging...?
96 Dodge Avenger 2.5L v6. No vacuum leak, catalytic converter has been gutted, and my mechanic and myself have been all over the air intake, and cannot find a problem with anything there.
It started as rough starts. The car would turn over fine, but its would stumble at startup, revving up to about 1000, instead of the usual 1600, and then stumble down to about 500, and then fluctuate until it sat at normal idle around 600rpm. Ideally it should be shooting up to 1600rpm and then sit around 600-800. Now, occasionally the car will completely stall, revving to about 800rpm before completely dying. Giving it a small shot of gas (or air, as some smart *** will tell me the accelerator gives the car air and not has) seems to help it level out.
Also, sometimes while accelerating at low speeds, such as backing out of a parking spot, or driving at town speed limits, the car will surge. At highway speeds there is a significant loss of power, but no surging.
I think it is fuel related. We tried adding some injector cleaner, which didn't seem to help much. My thoughts are that it is a plugged fuel filter. After driving the car for a while, a good hour or so, and then turning it off it seems to start completely fine. Anyone have any thoughts besides the fuel filter/fuel pump? No CEL either.
1 個解答Maintenance & Repairs8 年前Masa harina for fried clams?
I run the kitchen at a small seafood/burger shack on the south shore of Nova Scotia. We are adding fried soft-shell clams to the menu next week, and I see that a lot of recipes call for flour and masa harina (aka maseca or corn flour). Anyone know why this is added to fried foods? I see it is used in fried chicken recipes as well. Does it add to the crispiness? Add to the color?
Just lookin for a few pointers. Also, if anyone could direct me to their favorite fried clam recipe, that would be great!
1 個解答Cooking & Recipes8 年前96 Dodge Avenger stumble on start?
I have a 96 Dodge Avenger that every once in a while, will stumble as soon as it is started and the rpm will dip to about 200-300 and then go up a few seconds later. A few times it has completely stalled. Usually the car will start fine, crank the normal amount of times, rev high then drop to normal idle rpm and idle fine.
However occasionally the engine will crank only once and startup as soon as I turn the key, but only rev about 2 or 300 before sputtering its way up to 800 where it should idle. Sometimes it will stumble on acceleration at highway speeds.
I gutted the cat converter and cleaned the throttle body and intake system, which made it do this less frequently. The air box makes a whistling noise on acceleration which my mechanic says may be a bearing.
I know the idler pulley has some worn bearing in it, causing the belt to slip occasionally. Can the belt slipping cause the engine to stumble? If not, I may have narrowed it down to an o2 sensor, Idle Air Control valve, or an intake issue. The fact that it does it only 15% of the time makes me think it is electrical. Are there any sensors besides the o2 sensor this could be?
Thanks guys.
2 個解答Maintenance & Repairs9 年前Quick tire size question?
I drive a Chrysler 300 Limited. The stock tires on the car are 215/65/17". I found some used, cheap snow tires but the are 225/50/17". What are the basic guidelines to tell you how much over/under the stock size will fit on the rims?
Thanks
4 個解答Maintenance & Repairs9 年前What car's parts are compatible with a '96 Dodge Avenger?
So yesterday my girlfriend bought a 96 Avenger. Car was running well until we stopped for gas, and the car wouldn't shift. Called the guy we bought it from and it was the end of the shifting linkage that broke. He had done a self repair on it and it and it wasn't exactly sturdy. The part is the little metal piece that screws the rod to the lever on the trans. We are going to dig around the local junk yards to see if we can find the part, but I was just wondering what other Chrysler vehicles might have the same parts. The car is the ES 2.5L V6 model, auto trans.
Thanks.
1 個解答Maintenance & Repairs9 年前Naval jelly for pitted steel?
I understand this doesn't belong in this section, but I figured most people here have used naval jelly. I bought a 36" steel flat top grill for the restaurant I am helping open. The steel had been stored very poorly, and has a lot of rust and some reasonably deep pitting. Most of the rust has been removed by sand blasting, but we are left with some rust in the pits, and some unsightly pitting. Can Naval Jelly be used, along with some serious elbow grease and possibly a grinder wheel to remove at least some of the pitting? I had read to leave it on for at least a half hour to break down the metal and then grind and sand it smooth. Anyone have any success removing pitting from steel with this stuff?
2 個解答Maintenance & Repairs9 年前Help resurfacing steel flat-top grill?
I am currently in the process of opening a new restaurant, and the flat-top we got is severely pitted (improper storage), but it was a bargain so we bought it thinking it wouldn't be too much trouble to buff/sand out the pits. By severely, I mean some of these pits are more like holes, going down several mm. Does anyone have any advice on how to resurface this? We have tried grinding, sanding, buffing with a grill brick, but the holes are too deep to get anywhere this way. I had read online to use a power drill with a wire brush to grind it down, and then fine sandpaper to buff out the scratches caused by this. It does not need to be absolutely scratch-less, but I highly doubt the health inspector is going to pass it the way it is.
We plan on opening next week so any help would be greatly appreciated.
2 個解答Other - Food & Drink9 年前Favorite mid-priced whisky, scotch, and bourbon?
Just looking for new ideas to try. I am not talking mixed whisky either, just straight or on the rocks please. If you add some water that is fine too.
For me I would say my favorite:
Whisky - 40 Creek
Scotch - Glen Dronach
Bourbon - Have only had Jim Beam and Jim Beam Black

All that I can remember is that there was a flying ship (wooden ark I believe), the main "bad guy" was some sort of evil witch, and her baddies kind of reminded me of the little red spike topped baddies on the dungeon levels of Super Mario Bros (SNES)... Someone help? This is driving me insane.
