The seeming lack of intelectual ability of the majority of Australians criticising the Howard Government, and there total disregard for the way that this country has been so well managed over the last 11 years is astounding to me.

Look at the record 11 straight years of unprecedented economic growth, the lowest levels of unemployment in 80 odd years, interest rates for the most part at record low levels, inflation kept well under control, improvements to the health system (medicare saftey net etc) that despite all the bleating and lack of funds devoted by the STATE governments who are actually responsible for the running of the public hospitals, is still the best in the world. The big bogey of I.R. reform and AWA's, well ask any employer and they'll tell you that due to the low unemploment rate, they will pay far and away above any Labour or Trade Union favoured award. They cant get people to work. Biggest problem with this country at the moment is we have had it too good for too long
