I'm fairly new to paint ball - just went for my first time and I had a blast!

I wanted to see what paint ball enthusiasts would recommend in a paint ball? Any certain specs I need to look out for?

I know for air soft guns theres FPS, and typicall you want anywhere from 300FPS and up. What about paint ball guns?

As much information as possible will be GLADLY appreciated, also any cheap paint ball retailers (websites) would definitely help. Thank you very much!

I want to purchase my friend an iPod Touch 4th Generation case. He prefers the slick hard cover design, not so much the silicon because it is a lot more difficult to slide out of your pockets. I was wondering what would be a good brand and what series to purchase him, I want it to be sleek and easy to slip in and out of your pockets but also be very durable and protects it. I don't want a slider case I want a unibody case. Thanks guys

I want to buy my son a shotgun when his birthday comes around in February but there are some limitations with this:

-His mom and I have been divorced for awhile now, he lives in California with her and I moved to Colorado where typically the gun laws are different.

-I need to know what would be a good and LEGAL make and sized shotgun for his build. He's currently 5'9 and about 200lbs. He's a pretty husky built young man whose 18 and use to play football in highschool.

I think I need a gun enthusiast who is in compliance with California gun laws to suggest me one on this.

As a conservative, I side myself with the Republicans.

This however, does not seem likely of the Republicans to do.

I've tried to do as much research as I can on the topic, but the only thing I could find are the list reasons:

-The bill will cost 7.4 billion dollars.

-At this time of the year, the Republicans are trying to hold off against the lame ducks in office. It's just unfortunate this bill came at this time.

-Tax cuts are needed for the economy, and the wealthy are wealthy for a reason. You give tax cuts to the rich, and you give a hard working middle class man a job in a firm. You give tax cuts to the poor, they save it cause they're too ******* broke anyways.

So why did they really block the bill? They're not heartless, at least not all of them. I sure as hell am not. Why didn't the Democrats who had majority of the house and the senate AFTER 9/11 and BEFORE the GOP did, did not push this bill?

I was interested in skydiving and I wanted to know from some experienced Skydivers how does it feel to jump off the plane? Does it feel like a roller coaster when you get that feeling in your stomach that you're falling? I hate that feeling and at times I find myself being scared of the idea of doing it. Any pointers on how to overcome the fear? Thanks so much!

The BBB only has so much jurisdiction over businesses, with that being said how much jurisdiction DO they have over businesses who are not even members of their contracted list? Also, what happens to that business if a complaint is made about them from a consumer to the BBB? Thanks.

A friend has a Volvo S60 and whenever she drives it and approaches a stop (like a stop sign, traffic light, etc) her car feels like it wants to leap forward just before hitting 0mph. Is this an idling problem? If so, how would one fix it? Please and thank you!

A street drag race known as an "mph roll" is when two drivers race from a negotiated speed like 30mph-40mph and then take off. My question is, is this unfair to vehicles who excel at low end torque but don't have higher end torque? Does this also give advantage to vehicles that suffer from low end torque but have great high end torque? Explain

Let me give you the run down on my situation:

-Current phone is an iPhone 3G (8g)

-I first got it on Christmas '08

-It's a refurbish one because the initial one broke and I got it replaced via Apple's 1-year warranty on its iPhone products.

-It's been through a lot, it's fine and everything but the thing is it's SUPER slow.

-I constantly have to wait to publish texts, surf the internet, make calls, etc.

I've been looking at the iPhone 4 and it looks very tempting. The only thing is I hear it has a pretty bad antenna issue. Should this stop me from getting an iPhone 4 now?

Things to consider:

-I'm willing to wait until the end of the year where they're supposedly suppose to release the iPhone onto another carrier (Verizon or T-Mobile is what's in the talks)

-My phone isn't broken, it's just very slow and inconvenient to use compared to the iPhone 4.

-I'm trying to weigh out the goods and bads and trying to make the best $200 investment.

There's a couple of applications out there that helps reduce any background activity while you're playing video games. I'm not sure what it was called, but it's suppose to greatly increase your FPS. Does anyone know what it is called or know a variant of the such? Thanks

When I first heard the news about it, I felt good that Arizona was taking good measure towards their immigration policy as we've seen Arizona in the past suffer heavily from illegal immigration, drug violences, home invasions, etc. However, I also started to hear the bads to it, people saying how it's bad because it provokes racial profiling. I start to think to myself, why would racial profiling be considered when someone's life or social security may be at stake? I mean, this immigration law isn't aimed at removing people's rights, it's about protecting legal citizen's rights to a free nation and to keep exploiters who come into our country, out. Is there really any real bads out there to this new immigration law that is good and viable argument at all? Thanks.

I've been playing guitar for over 5 years now, and with that being said it's only been pretty much conventional play. I've played electric, acoustics, and classical. I know classical guitars have pretty wide fretboards, if anything wider than normal electric/acoustic ones. I'm planning on purchasing a classical guitar and they come in 4 different sizes:

I was told the standard size for classical acoustic guitars was 4/4. I grew up playing normal acoustic guitar, and then eventually moved onto electric guitars. I prefer the smaller neck/fretboard of an electric guitar, what size classical guitar should I get? I don't mind playing the standard size but I feel like I will fare a lot better with a smaller one. Thanks :D
