Homebrew Question. Beer bottling?
I have decided to leave my beer in the fermenter for probably a week after the bubbling has stopped in the air lock.
Considering that the yeast should have used up more of the sugars, do I still need to prime my bottles with sugar when it finally comes to bottling the beer up?
Thanks.

She sent me a text that said "Im so sorry Ill try harder. No one love's you like I do. Please dont leave me!"
Is she having a laugh or what?

Just would like a fuller upper chest because all the bulk seems to be at the bottom of my pecs.
I refuse to join a gym so exercise suggestions must be bodyweight, dumbbell, pull up bar, isometrics etc.
Any exercise suggestions?
Thanks a lot!

They don't even mean the same thing. Not even remotely.
And it seems this has only started happening recently.
Please explain this someone.

Why do my muscles pop and crack when I begin exercise?
They never used to make this noise normally. But now when I start a workout my shoulders especially make a lot of cracking and popping noises. None of it hurts, it's just new.
The only thing i've done recently in the last 6 months was to introduce isometric exercises. Could this have caused it?
Is it bad for the muscles?
If so, how can i stop it from happeneing?
Thanks a lot in advance.
1 個解答Men's Health8 年前Best plan for getting fit and strong?
Hi, I train about a maximum of four times a week: 2 days on, one day off, two days on, two days off.
I generally run for 30 mins on three of the 'on' days but all four of the 'on' days include either weights, body weight exercises or isometrics, making sure I vary which exercise and which muscle group.
Can anyone suggest a better or more regimented plan to give me excellent cardio fitness and physical strength? Any professionals out there have any ideas?
Just listing on and off days and roughly what to do on those days would be great. I'm determined to do this without having to pay for gym membership!
Thanks!

Is it ever appropriate to get in touch with an estranged ex lover to let them know what you really think of them?
It's been two years now and I've moved on and found a wonderful new woman, but still a big well of resentment against someone who was really pretty horrible to me burns inside me and I feel she has no idea that the way she behaved was unacceptable.
I just want her to know how much she hurt me.
Would it make me a bad person to do this?

I'm working out 4 times a week and following all the rules, such as allowing each muscle group to rest between workouts, high sets and low reps etc etc but I don't seem to be gaining any mass, or at least not very quickly.

I'm intending to run a half marathon in September but want to continue my weights regime as far as possible whilst training for the race.
Is it possible to do both?
Can anyone suggest a training plan that will mean I get the best of both.
I suppose the aim is to get fit enough to get a good time on the race but not to lose muscle bulk or tone whilst training.
Cheers.

4 個解答Diet & Fitness9 年前Biceps gaining mass at the top but not the bottom?
I vary my biceps exercises (hammers, normal curls etc) I also do varied press ups (lots of), dips, pull ups etc The problem is that although I gain biceps mass it seems to only be at the top of my upper arm and the muscle seems to stop before it reaches my forearm. This is more obvious if I rotate my forearm.
What exercise can I do to make my bicep the whole of my upper arm?
Cheers.

I have numbness in the little and ring fingers of my left hand. It has been this way for around three weeks and some days is better than others.
I used to wake up with the same numbness but worse and in both hands every time I had drunk too much whisky the night before but I don't drink now so I'm assuming this is something different.
Any ideas?
Thanks folks!

Just been reading about barefoot running. Sounds interesting, but what I want to know is what happens to the soles of your feet.
Do they toughen up and become thicker?
Because if you land on a small stone or a thorn of something, or a piece of glass will it put you out of action?
Cheers.
