Well i was just wondering how much just a basic tattoo would cost I was thinking of getting a name tattooed on my arm but I would like to know how much they cost for a name in just black ink

Well this girl I like is 1 year younger than I am and I know her brother. so I added on facebook like I so with all the girls I like and we were talking for a little bit to find out that she knows my sister :P so we keep talking and so on now my question is should I ask her out or not because im pretty sure her brother would be kinda pissed because he is in my grade and all and I honestly have no clue if i should ask her out or not.
