Vibramycin (doxycycline) oral says to discard two weeks after reconstituting. Will it last longer if I refrigerate it? It is for my rat.

I used Revolution to treat mites on my rats. Does this act as a mite-preventative for 30 days or just kill the mites?

I am thinking about purchasing a cage from Martin's cages for my rats (http://www.martinscages.com/products/cag%E2%80%A6 but I am worried that it may be too hard to assemble, dis-assemble, and re-assemble. I move my rats frequently since I am in college. The cage that I have now is collapsible and fairly easy to move and put back together. Is it hard to take Martin's cages apart and put them back together? Please only answer if you have owned or do own a cage from Martin's cages. Thanks!

We have DirectTV and I was underneath my home trying to relocate some of the cables. There is a hole drilled into the subfloor that goes through the floor and into my room. The cable goes through this hole. I was having trouble getting the cable out of this hole, so I PULLED. The subfloor is now quite cracked. How can I repair this? I think that the subfloor is plywood.

I got two female mice a couple of days ago and I dread holding them because they poop all over me. I used to have a rat and she NEVER pooped when I held her. Is there a way I can make the mice not poop on me? Or is it just something I'm going to have to deal with??
