I received job offer from organization in Vegas and accepted it. I have 9 years experience and accepted. I am relocating from the Chicago area and got scammed out of money. I came to move in to subleases apartment and the subleasee got evicted. I’m out of money to move now. My question is should I ask for relocation assistance from organization or negotiate a lower salary for relocation assistance moving? What would you do?

I filed bankruptcy back in october of last year and continued to use my Secured debit card. I have not been discharged yet and the card company called saying I owed 1,000 dollars. I informed them that I filed bankruptcy and that they were included in my paperwork. My question is will I get my deposit back? I filed on 1/13 and was accepted on 1/19 I could order account transcript but not return transcript as of two weeks ago and today when I checked wmr I didn t have any bars but everything else stayed the same and still have topic 152. I filed through HRB on 1/13 and was accepted on 1/19 ad as of today I do not have direct deposit date or second bar on WMR. I can order my account transcript, but not my return transcript. My brother hasn't had the best of luck. He lives with me and as of recent he wants to move to homeless shelter in another city.
