The president's only constitutional power regarding the budget or measures to increase employment is to ask the legislature to focus on those issues. On one hand the republicans complain about Obama's supposed disregard for the constitution in his current policies, yet on the other hand they complain that Obama isn't doing enough, when 'enough' would require violating the constitution, so which is it? should Obama follow the constitution or violate it?

back story: She was out of state for college and cheated on me with this guy, after the guy insultedly broke up with her and several months after us getting back together, she uses a picture of her being held by this guy for her facebook profile image. i don't care if she wants to be friends with this guy but i think after all that she has done she shouldn't be using this picture on her profile, but i don't know how i would tell her this without sounding overly suspicious.

Long story short: after a particularly sour conversation at the tail end of an endlessly bad relationship i deleted her contact information from her phone and my IM program, leaving only the numbers i wrote down and the place she lives(which i remember). Plan is to wait until Thursday to see if she tries talking to me if shes still rude i'll tell her off and forget about her, if shes not i guess we'll still be friends...

Short story long: 8 year romantic relationship ends with a long distance period of 6 months (across state for school) She uses diminished feelings for me as an excuse to spend much less time with me when she is in town. gradually i figure out that she is claiming someone else to be her boyfriend(dude she met at school). we break up but she leave in the caveat of "seeing how things go" over the summer. she doesn't spend any time with me over the summer. after the umptenth time of being essentially stood up i call her out for waiting untill the last minute to tell me whats going on(last minute: me calling her home phone number afternoon the day of). after calling her out, she, for the third time now, reacts rudely. being tired of all this ****ing around i respond rudely in turn.

after a hypocritical "you have no right to talk to me like that" and several minutes she says that she's "had stuff happening" and offers to share, i say ok but she basically focuses on where we are at now. (talks about how she hasn't been comfortable around me because I'm too sexual*, which I admitted too, explaining why) then i ask her what happened and she says she doesn't feel like talking about it "now". it was getting late so i basically told her to think about how she reacts to my concerns "because she has no more right to talk rudely to me than I do her. the than basically shuts off simply repeating the message "..." to everything i say (after the initial "think about how you react" comment, and after me saying "just think about it, goodnight".

*Specifically I tend to use sexuality to show affection towards. I was never aggressive about it or anything like that, but i have frequently made suggestions toward doing things which we used to normally do.

Ive been in a relationship with a girl for 8 years now. shes been distant lately due to going across the state for education(not really her choice). when starting a face book account i saw her account and the account of her close male friend listed in the suggestions of people to add.

her close friend has been really nice to her so i figured i'd add him and send him a message thanking him for his helpfulness. but than i saw that he listed her as being in a relationship with(her account is locked to people who aren't her friends) and it even displays an "anniversary date". before this i noticed a picture of the guy on the background of her phone, but chose to ignore it.

i know i should confront her about this but i don't know how to do it without making my self look bad and blowing any chance of staying with her.

any advice?

politicians are frequently taking advantage of the fact that people don't have a good grasp of logic. how does it feel when your being taken advantage of when politicians and ideologues commit fallacies of logic such as the following?

"someone is dead therefore referencing their work or opinions is only done for political reasons"

I use a web mail site that redirects after I've clicked the sign in button, causing the "save password?" message to go away before I can tell it to save the password. Is there any way to manually save a password without clicking a sign in button?

NOTE: the term strict evolutionist is used in the popular "creationist" inspired sense, and is not simply one who accepts the theory of evolution. a closer defination for evolutionist would be a combination of an atheistic belief set and an acceptance, maybe even an inspiration from, the theory of evolution.

ALSO NOTE i am posting this in the R&S section because i'm fairly confidant in my "strict creationist" defination, and am mostly looking for what people think of in terms of a "strict evolutionist", what better topic than R&S.

by age games i mean games like:

Civilization

Rise of Nations

me persionally i would like to see the typical AOE or RON style gameplay but extended into space and other planets(needless to say from stone age to several future ages). also simplify the "micro tasks" so you control cities, military bases, and platoons more than individual units and buildings.
