I've been in an accident before where the other person took the fault. Got his insurance info, called the police (wanted to get a report because repairs cost a fortune and so the other person decides to go the other way on paying), etc.

What would I do if I was driving my friends car and got into an accident?

Same thing as if I was driving my car I'm assuming but what about insurance? Do I tell them my insurance or my friend's insurance?

I'm confused when it comes to other people's car.

My ex-friend destroyed my friend's motorcycle. It's been over a year and a half since we have last really seen or spoken and I want the motorcycle back. My friend and I are under 18, but the kid that broke the motorcycle is over 18 years old. All that I'm asking is at least $450 to get a new motorcycle, yet he practically refusing to pay by not getting back to me. I told his parents about the situation and they flipped out and brought up other topics. I have at least 5 witnesses that used to be around him or are with him at this very moment and have been with the kid while he was riding the motorcycle and treated it horribly by riding it rough day after day and sold/used some of the parts.

I plan to threaten them with court.

What would this be called in court?

What would be the repercussions?

Would I win?

I have a 2TB external hard drive and I want to transfer over all my iTunes Media folder from my Mac to the hard drive yet I'm afraid that if I change the default folder to the copied iTunes Media folder on the hard drive instead of what it originally started on the Mac that I will have to go back through everything and find the source of the song (I have a lot of songs/podcasts too).

Will it be fine if I change the iTunes Media folder location to the copied version on the hard drive?

I won't have to find everything again will I?

Whenever I workout, I split up legs on one day, just all of legs, then the next day do upper body and just upper body.

Is this bad or should I intermix the two?

I just transferred all my files from my family computer to my 2TB external hard drive and I hooked it up to my Mac now and it says I cannot transfer anything to it and I looked at the info on it and it said "can only read"

I got in trouble last night because my brother decided to say to my mother that after I brought him to go look for my car keys at my friends house (found them, was using spare) that we went to Best Buy to look for a magazine for my best friend's brother.

I asked my mother if I could stay out at my best friend's house with some other people and she said "Till what time?" then right after that said "I'm inclined to say no since you decide to get your friends brother a gift and not your own. Should think of a New Year's resolution for that"

I was looking forward to actually being out for New Year's with friends instead of sitting at home with three other people (mother, step father, and brother).

Before all this, my friends and I were at Dave & Busters (restaurant/arcade) and had a fun time, but then I got those texts and I'm a sensitive guy and whenever my mother sends me things like that, it hits my heart like an elephant standing ontop of my chest. On the way home, I barely said anything and stared out the window while my friends were having fun and what not. Get back to my best friend's house and I get out of the car and just start walking to my car. They yelled out goodbye and I said bye in a soft voice.

I get home at 11 PM to my family scattered throughout the house and went to the basement (sleep in the basement, don't like my room). I get down there, look on Facebook quickly and see everyone having a blast with their families and friends then look at my situation. I take off my clothes and go to bed crying because I'm alone as usual, not happy at all and usually am never, and noticed for the 50th time that my mother gets enjoyment out of making me unhappy when she wants me to be happy. Then I wondered "why do they call it "happy" New Year when some people like me aren't even happy? Luckily my best friend texted me asking if I was alright, I said no and told her to enjoy her New Years with everybody and I'm trying to sleep. We said our love you's and goodbye's and then I tried to fall asleep, made me feel a bit better though since she finally asked if I was alright. I missed the whole celebration of New Years because I felt like I didn't deserve it because of my mother.

Now I am awake typing this (making me feel better explaining my situation).

My question is, why do they call it "happy" New Year when some people aren't even happy?

Some band albums have the title EP after the album name and some have the word Single too.

A week ago, I started feeling sick, so I took vitamin C pills and started to have a lot of phlegm but had no where to spit it out, so I just swallowed it.

I've had a bad cough for about a week and I started losing my voice on Thursday. On Friday my throat began to hurt when I swallowed. Now it hurts all the time when I swallow and when I cough it hurts my throat more than before.

The night of Friday I woke up shivering.

I don't have a temperature and I can still eat, but my throat hurts so much and Hall's isn't helping, and I feel slow and weak.

What do I have?

Strep? Sore throat? Cold?
