If a person commits plagiarism/copyright infringement in a novel and then dies, what can the person who has been plagiarised and had copyright infringement committed against them then do legally?

There is something odd going on I simply cannot get onto lulu.com to log into my account.

I am in Jersey in the Channel Islands, UK

I had this same problem over Xmas, then it suddenly came back on line a couple of weeks ago and now you just get a blank page when you try to go to their site again, this also applies to my bookstore and I am obviously going to lose sales through it.

Any ideas as to what is going on and can anyone else get onto their site or not. I am not giving you my bookstore details, I am not trying to market anything here, I just need to find out what the problem is and get it fixed,

They have found yet more bones in the grounds of the Haut de la Garenne the former Jersey Childrens home. Now they don't know if any of these bones are human or not, and don't appear to think that they are.

What I cannot help wondering is that if they are not human and God knows I hope none of them are!

Just how many animals have been burried in the grounds of this children's home and does anyone find it a little odd that when I can only presume this was not some kind of Zoo as well as children's home, and it also unlikely that they were allowed to keep pets at the home, does it not seem a bit weird to anyone else that all these animal bones where burried there?

Anyone got any idea why this should be?

Dick Francis sold millions of copies world wide of his book ‘Come to Grief’, so there are million’s of people out there who actually believe that my lost daughter Natasha's life (our lives together) and character are fictional made up by Dick Francis, and this in not the truth, and I have to get the truth out there in order to have completion.

Now I don’t know what Dick Francis made out of ‘Come to Grief’ financially, but I do wonder just how low Dick Francis would sink just for money? Just how low can a human sink for money?

Does anyone know who the last person to see Maddy other than her parents was, when and where they saw her?

I know that the parents where chatting to a friend Najoua Chekaya, in the hour before Maddy went missing, but did anyone actually see Maddy in the apartment before the parents went out for their meal?

A friend of the McCann’s Jane Tanner is reported to have checked on the children, did she actually check properly and see Maddy or did she just presume Maddy was in her bed, when in fact she might not have been, we all know that sometimes when you check on children you might just listen to them breathing in their beds, if she just saw the bedclothes she may have presumed Maddy was there, when she might not have been?

How many times have we known our children to put things in there bed to make us think they are in it if we check, when in fact they are not in their beds at all, most parents have experienced this at some point. Jane Tanner is reported to have seen a dark-haired man of about 35 carrying a child as she walked back to the bar afterwards but didn’t think anything of it. Which is what makes me wonder just how observant this Jane actually is and if she actually did see Maddy in her bed?

I am playing devils advocate here and not trying to cast aspersions of any kind, it is just my curious mind, looking at every angle. I would like to point out that I am not making accusations against anyone here.

It is after all reported that the witnesses have given evidence that conflicts in one way or another.

We have a situation now in Jersey Channel Islands that people worldwide should know about. Jersey Born and long standing residents in the island are expected to pay GST the equivalent of VAT, when the island is being used by the wealthy to pay little to no tax. Do you think this is right; a Robin Hood is needed to sort this out!

The poor are getting poorer in Jersey and the rich are getting richer at the expence of the poor! This is digusting but true, but the outside world are blind to what has been going on, I am trying to work out what I can do to help those who need it!!! Any ideas welcome. Thanks.

This documentary is reportedly going to ‘Include the Jersey Channel Islands Pony-Doping Scandal.’

I don't know if you have been following or heard about the story about the pony-doping incident in Jersey or not but a woman called Mrs. Kim Baudin is suspected of doping other people's children's ponies with a drug Acetylpromazine.

This is a case of cruelty to animals and the fact is that this could easily have resulted in the injury or even death of one of the child riders involved.

A traumatic event that happens to anyone deserves the empathy of others, but I have found that compassion can be very thin on the ground. There are a number of people out there who just don't give a dam about anyone else but themselves; it is a nasty 'I'm all right Jack' kind of attitude, which is becoming more common place by the day. Notably these things occur within sports or for that matter in anything involving a competitive element.

This is not the first time crimes of this type have been committed in Jersey by members of its horsy set, and it probably won’t be the last unless the Police take action to investigate and bring the criminals’ to justice.

I am a person who is always taking on a new challenge and lives on the adrenalin kick of doing so.

A bumpy plane to me is just good fun, lol. I just got the giggles when I first went on a roller coaster. I have just never allowed myself to think about the danger to myself while doing anything I have done, but man/woman I see the danger of anything/everything my children or those I love do.

Life is for living and living to the full, which means taking life’s challenges head on, it is no good looking back on your life with the regrets of the 3 buts:

1)But I should have.

2)But I could have.

3)But I would have.

There comes a time in all our lives when we can no longer take on the physical challenges in life, age will do that to one, so I say while one can DO!

My 3 buts every day are.

1)I should have done more housework (but I hate it!)

2)I could have done more ironing (But I won’t because I find it boring!)

3)I would have done a million challenges (But I won’t because I’d need to be a millionaire to do so and I’m not!)

What are your 3 buts? For what reasons have you not done what you should have, could have or would have done that you have not done?

I am now posting this open letter on the internet (I will send you the link as soon as I’ve posted the question) to you to see what people in general think you will do. Tell the true story and expose the famous author for what he did to us or ignore me and let him get away with it? You will be able to read what people think and can even post a reply yourself if you want to, of course I do expect you to reply to me personally. You have my full contact details above.

My autobiography ‘Bad Blood’ (ISBN 1-4116-5162-6) is available online and in all good bookshops, yes it does name the famous author for what he did to us, so the information is already in the public domain.
