I am designing a website and some pages take way too long to load. Especially since I am expecting high traffic rates and I know that my website would slow to a crawl if it was getting a couple hundred hits a day.

I know about using CSS instead of HTML to load images, and I know about making CSS files as small as possible, but that hardly makes it faster.

Also, which is the fastest way to display identical content on several pages? IFRAME, or PHP Include statement?

My business just got an investor and I am starting the process of forming it into a LLC. I have heard of websites such as Legalzoom.com, IncorporateFast.com and others offering to do all the paperwork, etc. I think that $600 for doing that work isnt really worth it, but I wanted to know if anyone has experience with filing the paperwork themselves, is it really that hard to write the articles of organization, file for Tax ID Number, and everything else? Should I just go through one of those websites, hire a lawyer to do it, or just do it myself?

Also, those websites offer a "Registered Agent" service. I was wondering do I really need a "registered agent"? And who is considered to be a "registered agent"? Does it cost a lot to have one?

I have a website that hosts different events, and I have about 30 ideas, but I need more. I am trying to think of more ideas that are like beer pong tournaments, quarters tournaments, bikini competition, etc

I am looking for a web hosting service for my business, but I do not know enough about all of that stuff to trust myself to pick a good one. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

First of all, I need help deciding what I would require, such as disk space, data transfer, e-mail addresses needed, Databases(MySQL), SSL, FTP, what kind of server i need, etc

Just to give an idea of what I would be requiring, I will have between 700-1000 pages, I expect anywhere between 5,000-15,000 visitors a month, and I will probably have online stores on the site in the future. Also, I may be soliciting advertisements on my site(which apparently Yahoo! Web hosting does not allow). And I do not want to spend more than $20-40 a month.
