I'm currently in the show Seussical The Musical playing the Sour Kangaroo, and in less than a month I have an audition for the show Guys and Dolls. It said that we have to have a piece of 16-32 measures prepared of a song of our choice. I don't really want to do a song from the musical because that would limit me to one character. No one else is doing a song from the musical either. I've done a piece from Guys and Dolls before (Marry the man today) for contest receiving a 1 rating (highest rating), I played Adelaide.

I need a song that is energetic and shows off the belt in a voice. I've looked at a few songs like

My new philosophy.....Youre a good man Charlie Brown (performed this for contest as well)

and If my friends could see me now......Sweet charity.

Any suggestions?

Next week Im getting springs on my braces. I begged not to but it didn't work. I have some serious concerns. I'm in choir and just got a major lead in the musical where I have to open my mouth as much as possible to project the notes. Also I'll be singing respetitive notes that I'm afraid the springs with hurt the inside of my mouth while doing. I tried to explain this to my mother and ortho but they didn't listen. This is my first major lead and I'm seriously concerned that the springs will ruin that for me. Can you explain TE springs to me and if singing will be possible and how painful these will be?

so I did what it told me to do when adding a new theme, I copied the link and pasted it but it was taking forever to process, I acidentally hit save and tried to undo it but nothing happened. I went to my page and everything was gone, all there is is a white page with two adds, I have no idea how to change the theme other than being on my page (it won't let me on my page, there are not buttons, nothing). how can I change the theme from my dashboard and get rid of this stupid spam theme?

I have some episodes of a show that I would like to burn to some DVDs. Unfortunately the files are .flv format which does not work with most video players nor does it work with the DVD burner I have on my laptop. Now, I could convert every single file but I have like 80 of them and that would take FOREVER and I can't find a program that converts them quickly. I have looked at Zamzar for file conversion but it only supports 100mb files and these are well over that limit. I need a free program that will burn these files and possible convert them? Please help in horrible with technology

I'm planning to go to a college over in London after I graduate in a year(I live in America) and I feel guilty? My parents can't have anymore kids, I know it kills them and they want more, but they can't. So, I'm all they've got. I feel guilty moving off to London. They've never even sent me on an over night camp before, but I know I'd I stay here for an extra two years to "prepare" I'll get stuck in a dead end job and never move out of here. But what if something happens to them or my grandparents while in away? And what if I don't come home for Christmas? I wont be able to afford the plane ticket...I just feel horrible. Is this normal?

In two years I will hoefully be going to an acting school in London and my friend Kels will be going to the University of london for veterinary school. She has three dogs and will never part with them. We are looking into buying a house over there close to our schools and living together so we can each help pay. any advice on living in a house over there? the costs and food prices and what to look for? we need a yard for the dogs, a basic two bedroom maybe three house close to the schools? thanks

In two years I will hopefully be moving to London to go to an acting school. I have been looking into some schools and reading and researching everything I can find out.

Now, my friend Kelsey and I plan to move into together, her and I can help one another with the living costs and such. She is going(planning to go) to the University of London for veterinary program. We want our schools to be somewhat close together so our house can we in between each of the schools so we don't have to travel as much to get to and from schools.

What acting schools do you know that are close to the university? I could go to the university, and its on my list, but I need more and more options since getting into a drama school can be hard with the auditions.

Im just writing some ideas for a story down and I need a small southern town where there would be a plantation, and green grass, magnolia trees and all southern stereotypes. This sounds cheesy but I need help

My hair is naturally curly, always has been. My curls are like tight and bouncy, my hair has been growing and is now down by my breast when I leave it natural. I straighten it about half the time but during the summer I leave it be because it frizzed and gets poofy in the heat of I try to do anything with tongs. Now my hair is curly curl at the roots, and then from the middle Down it is straight, it's somewhat unattractive and that's why I try to straighten it then curl it. My mom says its probably not curling because we have hard water and used to have soft. I don't like using mousse because it's sticky, buy I use kids detangler, leave in conditioning spray, split end spray and split end cream when I get out of the shower. I have scrunching gel but it dosnt work like it used to, I have to use a lot because my hair is so thick an it makes my hair look greasy and feel sick.. Is there any product I can use to help? I have John frieda curl spray but that dosnt do much either.

In ohprah the cast of the sound of music said they were writing a book together, is that book out yet an what's its name?

It says not to wash hair for about 24 hours after dying hair red, but Im confused. Should I just not use shampoo? and can I just rinse out the dye with cold water then wash in a day later?

Basically Im doing a project, I need these things for it, pictures articles, ect.

I have short, thick, curly curly curl hair. My parents bought me Remy exstentions for christmas. They are "14 and straight. In order for my hair to look natural with them I have to straighten and curl my own hair and curl the exstentions. This is a total pain and I was wondering if there was a way to wear them without doing a crap ton of junk to my hair? Should I thin my hair? cause I have like mega mega mega thick hair. And also I don't have the money at the moment to buy new ones so I need to know If this can work with my present exstentions? Please help thank you(:

I've been in cheer for about..a month now. When we stunt I have to sit and watch. My coach won't let me base..because I'm too short. I can't back anything but a basic prep..because I can't reach my flyer. They say I can fly if I wanna be in the stunting. But I'm so scared. Last time I tried I have trouble jumping into my bases hands. Any tips for flying besides stay tight and don't look down?

Okay this movie is about a girl whose beat. her mother is a whore and luirs soilders into a parking lot then her dad kills them. To find comfort she goes to a african american neighbors house who treat her like family and make her a apron. The girl has to take care of her brother or she'll get in trouble.
