100% born & educated under the British colonial education system . i am not saying HK education system is the best in ASIA but our HKCEE & HKAL is admitted by UK , CANADA & AUSTRALIA . Never understand why our HKSAR gov't try to combine these 2 exams into a so-called "HK secondary education dipolma " . i guess no foreign western country will admit such Qualification ............ i strong advise students nowadays in HK had better go study aborad ....
