I know it's just election year pandering, but PLZ!! The oil co.s make a profit of about 9 cents/gallon. The Federal Government gets tax revenues of 18 cents/gal and it doesn't explore for it, drill for it, refine it, transport it or sell it. So who's getting the REAL windfall?
