Let's say a poor man severely in debt is offered the ability to be debt free, his children and wife would never want for anything, and a 1 million dollar payment on the way out the door. Any logical explanations for why cases are still dropping? I hate masks, but I'll wear them if they work until we get vaccines fully implemented, but does this not show us something? Meanwhile, in New York, cases are happening at the same rate, which has a statewide mask mandate if I'm not mistaken. What gives?
