Can anyone give me a couple of thousand quid?

If you find a penny its supossed to be lucky, as is if a black cat crosses your path, etc, so how long is this luck suposed to last for?

Looking through here, and answering a few of these questions, in my own unique way, it would seem that a few of you are in need of a sense of humour.

Where can we get a load of these, and I'll give them to the needy, the nerdy and those generally lacking!

I know I have to sort out a website name/address and buy hosting, but what I need to know is what is the best and easiest program to use, or do I need a program or website builder.

I've never tried before but have reasonable knowledge and common sense!
