I am currently attending a 4-year university in the States, where tuition costs about $4500 per year in-state (excluding books & fees). However, my husband and I want to get out of America and relocate to Northern England, but we're not sure if we should wait until we graduate from the college we're at (it'd be another 3-4 years because my husband wants to go to grad school) or just say to heck with it, move, and finish school in the UK. Is there anybody out there currently attending university in England or Scotland? I would like any information at all about college life overseas, especially how much it costs, what the differences are from American colleges, and whether there are such things equivalent to "in-state" and "out-of-state" tuition and whatnot (Here that means you pay less if you have lived in the area for over a year and have residency, but cost is 3-6 times more if you just moved there). Is University less expensive if we apply for British citizenship (we plan to anyways)

I have a gap between my front teeth and crooked gapped canines. I haven't posed with an open-toothed smile in a photo since I was 8. I absolutely hate my teeth and begged my parents to fix it, but they always refused because of the costs. In high school my dentist said my mouth was in pretty poor condition due to my jaw alignment and that I would need full-on braces, not just a retainer for straightening. My parents said if I needed braces, I was on my own. I'm now a college student with absolutely no income to spare, and I don't have financial aid because my parents have too much income for me to be eligible. I support myself completely, and my insurance is pretty awful and won't cover a penny of any orthodontic work. However, it's been 14 years and I can't take my hideous smile any longer. Can anyone please recommend something for me? I don't care about my jaw anymore, all I want is straight teeth. What is the most affordable way to do this?Something that won't stain or break either?

Okay, I'll admit it: I have dandruff. I've always had it, ever since I was little. But for the past year, it's gotten worse, to the point where no matter how often (or how little, I've tried both!) I wash it, it's back again. If I shower in the morning, by the night evening rolls around my head is itching like mad and yearning to be washed again! Sometimes my head even burns and itches so much that it start bleeding because I can't stop scratching it. No, I don't have lice, and yes I've tried dandruff shampoos like T-Gel and Selsan Blue and Head N' Shoulders. I even paid a few hundred bucks to see a doctor, who saw me for a total of seven minutes, told me "it's just the way you are", handed me the bill and told me to bugger off. Seriously, I've burst into tears practically pulling my hair out because I can't understand why my scalp is so disgusting and painful and flaky. Please tell me I'm not the only one! Have any of you out there found a way to ease this madness?? Please share!
