i just bought a mobile phone, its a NOKIA 6300, but i cant use it to get on internet with my optus pre-pay SIM, coz it was blocked by vodafone AU, subscriable to pack data first, link not available, how to fix it, help!!!

im quite depressed now, coz my school and my job, all these stuff annoied me a lot, could u tell me the best way to get rid of the depression.( i gonna have 2 weeks' holiday)
