If someone has a homeowner's permission to be in their house and steals something is it theft?
Fraud or burglary? What if the owner won't press charges but the suspect steals something from a friend or family member of the homeowner located inside the home? Can the friend or family member who's possessions were stolen press charges? Can an accomplice who wasn't invited by the homeowner be charged for burglary and trespassing?

One of the cables that comes down from my dish on the roof leads to a little box, connected to another cable that goes into the house. Is that where it's grounded? My brother bypassed the box and connected the two cables with a simple connector. Is that dangerous?

12 years ago I was told to wear comfortable shorts under my gown for an ACL surgery and I assumed they remained on throughout. Can an ACL surgery be done wearing my own shorts or is it possible I was stripped after being made unconscious?

10 years ago I snapped my ACL and had 2 surgeries. For 10 years I was inactive but recently I've been running a lot and have lost fat around my knee. Could the fat have protected the knee and now that I lost the fat my knee is unstable again? If so, is it better to try to strengthen my muscles around my knee or stay off it? It hasn't hurt this bad since before my surgeries but I don't think I re-injured the ACL.

It seems like when I drink it passes through my body and the same amount of water quickly goes back out, as if little or none of it is being absorbed. Is there something wrong?
Also, is there a limit of how much water you should drink throughout the day? I mean, is drinking TOO MUCH water unhealthy?

I use it as a sleep aide and I've heard that it may be bad to take it within 8 or 10 days before the endoscopy. Anyone know?

Do they need the patients participation to swallow the tube? What's the nurses or techs duty during the procedure? Why do you sleep afterwords? I've heard Versed is dangerous. I'm not too happy with the fact that my memory will be erased.

I've always taken good care of my teeth but the enamel has been eaten up and all but six teeth needed to be pulled. Now the remaining six have done the same thing. I have terrible acid reflux, could that be the problem?

If I need to skip a day between particular workouts can I do a similar but different exercise on the day off? Such as upper body lifting on a weight bench 1 day and regular pushups the next day without interupting the natural rebuilding process.
